Phoebe Chang is an experienced tutor specializing in elementary through high school math (basic math/algebra to AP Calculus), English (elementary level to AP level), chemistry, HSPT prep, and public speaking. She has worked with students in both 1:1 environments and classroom settings. Phoebe recently obtained her Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Phoebe has taught and tutored at the elementary through high school level for 3 years. Inspiring curiosity for learning is one of her passions, and she hopes to teach students learning methods that make studying fun. She is an empathetic, focused, and innovative tutor who aims to lead students to academic success and encourage them to be self-motivated individuals. In her free time, she loves to play tennis, make art, participate in improv theater, and play games. She is available in-person and remotely via Zoom.
